Dr. T. Gifty Jeba Pushpa is an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Mental Health) and over two years of experience in psychosocial rehabilitation and mental health care. She works with both adolescents and adults, supporting individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, dementia, and addiction-related concerns.
Her work focuses on improving functional independence, cognitive skills, and daily living abilities through structured, client-centred interventions. In addition to her clinical practice, she also serves as an Assistant Professor in Occupational Therapy, contributing to teaching, research, and the development of future healthcare professionals.
Fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam, Dr. Gifty brings an empathetic and collaborative approach to care, emphasising evidence-based practice and holistic recovery.
