Dr. Rangapriya Raghavan

Dr Rangapriya Raghavan is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 21 years of experience, practising in Bangalore since 2017. She specialises in treating mood, anxiety, personality, addiction, and cognitive disorders, with a strong focus on geriatric psychiatry. Dr Raghavan is skilled in pharmacotherapy, ECT, and emerging treatments such as RTMS and ketamine infusions.

After completing her medical degree at KIMS, Bangalore, she trained in the UK, earning an MRCPsych degree and CCT in Old Age Psychiatry. She has developed mental health services in both the UK and India, including a memory clinic in Bangalore and outpatient services in the Maldives. Dr Raghavan’s extensive expertise spans complex psychiatric conditions, often requiring intervention under the Mental Health Act. She is also dedicated to teaching and training healthcare professionals internationally, enhancing psychiatric care worldwide.
