Ms Vijayalaxmi Sudhakar Umate is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience, including two years at the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. With an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI), an M.Sc. in Psychology, and a Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy, she brings both expertise and empathy to her work.
Ms Umate is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges- whether it's anxiety, addiction, depression, or trauma. She takes a personalised, compassionate approach, combining evidence-based methods with the latest research, all to help each individual build emotional resilience and lead fulfilling lives.
